3. Shipping Destinations:

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Africa. If you're located outside of Africa, we are happy to deliver to your country. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia: Estimated delivery times are generally 5 to 12 business days.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund.

We are not responsible for items not received due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided.
